8 Overhead Squats at 65% of your 1RM OH Squat

6 Strict CTB Pull-Ups

Take OHS barbell from the floor.

 

Gymnastic Conditioning 2

On the 2:30 x 4 Rounds:

10 Toes to Bar

15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

Time remaining – Max HSPU

 

Gymnastic Conditioning 3

On the 2:30 x 4 Rounds:

8 Hanging Oblique raise (each side)

6 Wide pull up

2 wall walk

Time remaining – Max Sit up
