8 Pausing Push up (pause 4 secs on bottom position)

30 secs Plank

6 Pike Push up

30 secs Plank

4 Hindu Push up

 

KB Cycling

 

AMRAP 5 mins of:

Unbroken KB Hang Clean and Jerk (16’s/12’s)

 

*if the KB is dropped to the floor, the workout is over
