EMOM 10 mins:

4 reps of  1 ½ Overhead Squat

 

Power Snatch Technique

On the 1:30 x 6 Sets:

1 Pausing Snatch grip deadlift (pausing 3 secs on shin level)

1 Pausing Squat Snatch (pause 3 secs on the catch position)

1 Pausing Low-Hang Squat Snatch (pause 3 secs on the catch position)

 

Conditioning

AMRAP 8 mins:

8 Deadlift (100/65 kg)

4 DB devil presses (2×20 kg/2×12.5 kg)
