“Triple TABATA”

*split into 3 groups, with each group doing different TABATA.

*Switch after each TABATA is complete.

TABATA 1:

On the 20s easy row

On the 10s Row as fast as possible

TABATA 2:

On the 20s AMRAP strict press with Med ball (7/5kg)

On the 10s the whole group must hold onto their med balls. Anybody drop their wall ball will result in the whole group doing 5 burpees.

TABATA 3:

On the 20s AMRAP goblet squat with med ball (7/5kg)

On the 10s the whole group must hold onto their med balls. Anybody drop their wall ball will result in the whole group doing 5 burpees.

AMRAP 14mins

21 Sandbag thrusters (15/10kg)

15 burpees over sandbag

9 pull-ups
