Split the class into two group. Each team member need to finished below exercise
2 Rounds of:
10 dumbbell snatch
5 m Military crawl
10 Burpees
5 m military crawl
10 dumbbell snatchthen immediately after 2 rounds run 4 laps of box together. The winning team is the first finisher
