Balke 15 minute run Test
The test will be held at Tri Lomba Juang Running Track 7.00 Am – 8.00 Am, Be There. This is the exercise for both HIIT and WOD class so there will be no HIIT and WOD class after.

This test has formula to predict VO2maxfrom the run distance.
Based on the distance achieved in the test Horwill (1992) uses the following equation to calculate the athlete’s VO2 max:
