Two rounds of – 3 laps of run, 20 arm circles, 5 burpees broad jump , 10 slow squats, 10 m DB farmer carry

Skill:
Hang Holds or then rope climb hold

WOD
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1 – Thruster, 10 reps
Minute 2 – plate jump 20 reps
Minute 3 – Push-ups 10 reps
