    Front Squat (60/40 kg)
    Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
    400 Meter Run

OVERLOAD. Odd-Object Conditioning
4 x 100 Meters with (2) Kettlebells’s or Dumbbells’s:
1st 25 Meters – Left Arm Overhead, Right Arm Hang
2nd 25 Meters – Right Arm Overhead, Left Arm Hang
3rd 25 Meters – Both Hang
4th 25 Meters – Both Overhead
*Athlete’s choice on loading. Rest as needed between sets, with the intention 
on each set being unbroken. Free to build between sets.
