5 Muscle Snatch + OH Squat

10 Lu Raises

5 Power snatch + Press

30 secs of HS Hold

 

Weightlifting

 

In 12 mins

Work to heavy triple power Snatch

 

Then 3 x 3 at 90% of your triplet lifted weight

 

Conditioning

For time:

6 rounds for time:

4 Power Snatch (60/35 kg)

6 Burpees

8 Single DB strict press

8 Burpees

8 Squat jumps

 

B) TABATA Tuesday

T1: Single arm DB strict press (15/10kg)

T2: Box jump overs

T3: Single unders 

*1 min rest after each TABATA

 

C) Conditioning

*3 Intervals, each for time:

 12 single DB Clean & Jerk (15/10kg)

12 Burpees

*1 min rest after each Interval
