A) Warm up

(every broken, do 2 Inch worms)

2 sets of:

8 push ups

8 Air squats

8 KB swings

 

B) 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps For time:

KB swings (16/12kg)

Shoulder taps to Push ups (2 shoulder taps + 1 push up = 1 rep)

KB Goblet Squats (16/12kg)

* Do 25DU or 50SU after every set
