Start from min 0 and every 5 minutes, do alternating between

A: 6 Strict Press (@½ Bodyweight)

B: 6 Toes to Bar

A) Warm up

8 Cal any machine

2 sets of: 

8 kipping

8 lying leg raises 

8 push ups

8 DB squat cleans

 

B) 15-12-9 reps for time:

Double DB thrusters (2×20/2×12.5kg)

Knees to elbows 

 

*5 mins rest

C) 15-12-9 reps for time:

Double DB Squat Cleans (2×20/2×12.5kg)

Push ups

 

*5mins rest 

D) 15-12-9 reps for time:

DB facing burpees

Pull ups
