Conditioning

AMRAP 9:

35 Double Unders

25 Air Squats

15 Kettlebell Swings

 

RX => KB 20/12 kg

RX+ => KB 24/16 kg; and Must Double under

 

Body Armor

3 Giant Sets:

10 Front Rack Step Back Lunges

10 Glute Bridges

Rest 3 Minutes Between Sets. set weight that you can manage to do unbroken
