“Wall Party”

*Working with a partner complete:

1.6km Run (together)

150 Wall Balls (7/5kg)

150 Knee raise

150 KB Sumo deadlift High Pull (24/16kg)

1.6km run (together)

*Partition and split the wall balls and pull ups as needed

*Every 10mins both partners do 5 burpees

*If you and your partner takes more than 10 mins to complete the first 1.6km run, do 10 burpees before starting the wall balls

*Cap time: 45 mins
