Station 3: 7 Box Jumps 

                7 DB snatches (20kg/15kg)

 

Station 4: 7 pull-ups 

                7 Plank Jacks

 

Station 5: 7 Air Squats

                7 Crab walks 

*After each station take 2mins rest before moving to the next station
