Barbell Overhead Lunge

Build to a Heavy at Each Distance try to do it unbroken:

  1. 30 m Barbell Overhead Lunge (4 x 7.5 m)
  2. 15 m Barbell Overhead Lunge (2 x 7.5 m)
  3. 7.5 m Barbell Overhead Lunge

Rest as Needed Between Sets.

 

Skill Conditioning

7.5 m Double KB Front Rack Walking Lunge
