25 Jumping jack

Station 2

10 Cal row

15 wall balls (9/7kg)

Station 3

10 walking lunges with sandbag (20kg/15kg)

10 sandbag thrusters

Station 4

3 Double DB/KB deadlifts 

9 Double DB/KB hang cleans

6 Double DB/KB shoulder to OH

*use DB or KB with a challenging weight. (not too heavy, not too light)
