“Plyometric Fiesta”


1st min: Goblet squat jump with KB (16/12kg)

2nd min: Chest to ground squat jack

3rd min: Broad Jump to Reverse lunges (after 1 broad jump, take 2 steps of reverse lunges)

4th min: Crab toe touches with sit-up

5th min: rest



  • 5 min rest –



* 3 Rounds for time:

10 KB hang snatch (16/12kg)

10 burpees box jump over 

10 Single arm KB clean to lunges (clean the KB to front rack position followed by 2 alt. lunges )

*Cap time: 13 mins
