1:00 – Thrusters (40/25 kg)
1:00 – Strict Pull up
1:00 – Box Jump (60/50 cm)
1:00 – Power Snatch (40/25 kg)
1:00 – Assault Bike/Row Calories
Rest 1:00 between rounds.

*spare 15 secs every mins to move to next station

*you can do any choice of movement first and do orderly next
