50 strict handstand push-ups

Scaled division

For time:
60 m dumbbell front-rack lunge
50 dumbbell (22.5/15 kg) box step-ups (60/50 cm)
50 (12.5 cm) elevated strict handstand push-ups
60 m bear crawl

Time cap: 10 minutes

 

Another Scaling option for HSPU is Dumbbell strict presses (10 kg/5 kg)
