A) Snatch
2-2-2
*All at 85% of your 1 rep max

B) Overhead Squat
4-4-4
*Same weight as your 3×2 snatch

C) Snatch Grip Deadlift
6-6-6
*Same weight as your 3×2 snatch

 

“Death by Power Snatch”
With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Power Snatch, 40/25 kg in the first minute
2 Power Snatch, 40/25 kg in the second minute
3 Power Snatch, 40/25 kg in the third minute…
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
