every 2:00  x 6 Sets

3 reps of Squat Snatch (touch and Go)

60% – 70% – 70% – 80% – 80% – 80+%

Conditioning

Buy in:  30 Power snatch (50/30 kg | 35/20 kg | empty bar)

 

Then

Alt. dumbbell Hang snatches (22.5/15 kg | 17.5/10 kg | 12.5/7.5 kg)
