Station 1 : 16 Cal row + 16 GHD sit up

Station 2 : 12 Hang Power clean and Jerk (40/25 kg) + 12 Box Jump

Station 3 : 16 Wall ball + 16 Knee to chest

Station 4: 12 DB Snatch (22,5/15 kg) + 12 Burpees to target
