5/5 lunges

5 single arm DB clean and jerk

Conditioning

8 Rounds For Time

– 200 m run or 16/14 cals rows

– 10 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts (2×22.5/15kg)

 

Rest 3:00 minutes, then…

 

B) AMRAP – in the remaining time

6x S/A DB power clean

6x S/A DB push press

6x S/A rev lunges (DB in OH hold)
