1 Floating Hang Squat Snatch

1 Snatch Balance

1 Overhead Squat

*start from 50% of your snatch RM, build up if you have confidence. Don’t Drop the bar.

 

Conditioning

20 Pull up | Banded Pull up | Ring rows

60 Wall Ball (9/7 kg | 7/5 kg | Medball thruster)

120 Double unders | 250 single unders | 120 Jumping Jack
