2 Supersets 

20 Farmers Hold Walking Lunges

20 No lock out Goblet Squat

20 Double Russian Kettlebell Swing

 

Supersets 2

3 sets of:

6 Close grip + 6 Neutral + 6 wide grip bench press. Go without rest

 

Supersets 3

3 Supersets:

8 Double DB Upright rows

8 Pendlay rows
