*work for 15 mins, learn to pull with and without moving the feet

3 Single arm KB Swing (Right)

3 SA KB Hang power Clean (Right)

3 SA KB Push Jerk (Right)

3 Single arm KB Swing (Left)

3 SA KB Hang power Clean (Left)

3 SA KB Push Jerk (Left)

*this is a complex that should be done unbroken, choose weight that you are able to finish it without dropping the KB, start the first set with the light weight first.
