  2. Snatch High Pull: 4 sets of 6 reps
  3. Hang Power Snatch: 4 sets of 6 reps
  4. Snatch Balance: 4 sets of 6 reps
  5. Back Squat : 4 sets of 6 reps

* build to heavy on every sets, but only when you feel your form is sufficiently well
