20 mins of run/row/bike at moderate pace or at zone 3 HR around (190-age)

A) Warm up

6 laps run

10 Cal row

10 Cal echo bike

8 Med ball cleans

8 Russian KB swings

 

B) TABATA Tuesday

T1: Row

T2: Echo bike

T3: Shuttle sprints

*1 min rest after each TABATA.

 

C) 3 Rounds for time:

20 Med ball cleans (7/5kg)

15 Russian KB swings (16/12kg)
