A) Warm up

10 Cal any machine

200m run

8 burpees

 

B) AMRAP 25mins

21-15-9 reps of:

Cal any machine

Burpees

*Partner 1 does 21 Cal, partner 2 rest, partner 2 does 21 cal and partner 1 rest. Then 15,15,9,9 = 1 ROUND

*Every 5mins both partners run 200m
