Start from min 0 and every 5 minutes, do alternating between

A: 5 Deadlift (@Bodyweight)

B: 10 GHD Sit up

A) Warm up

2 sets of:

8 lateral squats

8 push ups

8 wall balls

 

B) TABATA 1

Med ball cleans (9/7kg)

 

C) TABATA 2

Med ball Thrusters (9/7kg)

 

D) Conditioning 

6 Rounds:

3 mins ON, 1min Off

12 Wall balls (9/7kg)

10 Squat jumps

8 Hand release push ups
