Pausing Power Clean (pause at high hang)

Pausing Split Jerk (pause at catch)

Power Clean

Split Jerk

Start at 50% of 1RM and build to a heavy for the day.

 

Body Armor

3 Giant Sets:

6 Strict Press

12 Single leg deadlift (6 each)

6 Pausing Barbell bent over Rows (pause at chest)

Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets.

 

Odd-Object Conditioning

3 Giant Sets:

6 Narrow grip Bench Press

12 Bulgarian sandbag spin (6 each side)

60 m KB Overhead Single arm Carry

 

Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets.
