Alternating On the Minute x 16 (4 Rounds)

Minute 1: 10 Front Rack Kettlebell  Lunge (24s/16s)

Minute 2: 8 Deadlifts (120/70 kg)

Minute 3: 50 Double Unders

Minute 4: Rest

 

Midline stabilization

5 sets of:

10 hollow knee tucks

10 hollow rock

10 pulse up

10 hollow flutter kick

 

Rest 90 secs between sets
