For time :
1 Overhead Squat (40/25 kg)
2 Power Snatch (40/25 kg)
3 Front Squat (40/25 kg)
4 Power Clean (40/25 kg)
5 Pull up
6 Burpees
7 Toes to bar
8 Wall balls
9 Push up
10 Kettlebell swings (24/16 kg)
11 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (40/25 kg)
12 Thruster (40/25 kg)
****Finisher : 1 can of beer or diet coke
Time Cap 45 mins
complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps + 1 can of beer = 365 Days = 1 year . Merry Christmas and Happy new year!!
