*Technique loads. Light to moderate, focused on movement.

 

Conditioning

 

AMRAP 15 mins:

30 Double Unders or 60 Single unders

10 Power Cleans 

30 Double Unders or 60 Single unders

10 Lateral over Bar Burpees

 

RX: Barbell (50/30 kg)

RX+ : Barbell 60/35 kg); and must double unders
