A) Warm up

400m run

2 sets of:

8 wall balls

10 med ball walking lunges

8 tuck jumps

10 ring rows

 

B) TABATA Tuesday:

T1: Double KB Gorilla rows (2×16/2x12kg)

T2: KB plank pass through

T3: Gorilla box jump overs

T4: Double KB front rack walking lungesĀ 

*2mins rest after each TABATA

 

C) Finisher (For time):

3 Rounds of:

400m run

20 Wall Balls (7/5kg)

10 Burpees to targetĀ
