Row 500 Meters/ 0.75 mile Bike

Run 400 Meters

Rest 3:00 between rounds.

* make sure you go hard every round, because you will have plenty time to rest after each round.

 

Odd-Object Conditioning

3 mins on single under

After each set, 12 Double DB Step up

Athlete’s choice on weight selection.
