Power Snatch Technique

  1. A) Snatch Grip Push Press – 3 Sets of 5 reps
  2. B) Snatch Grip Push Jerk – 3 Sets of 3 reps

The bar may be from the rack

 

Snatch

EMOM 10 mins

Minutes 1-5 – 1 Power Snatches + 1 Squat Snatch (moderate, touch and go)

Minutes 6-10 – 1 Squat Snatch (build to heavy)

 

Lactic Threshold Conditioning

On the 3:00 x 5 Rounds:

6 Power Snatch 

10 Box Jump Overs (60/50 cm)

14 Wall balls (9/6 kg)

Barbell Weight

RX : 40/25 kg

RX+ : 50/30 kg
