- A) Snatch Grip Push Press – 3 Sets of 5 reps
- B) Snatch Grip Push Jerk – 3 Sets of 3 reps

Minutes 1-5 – 1 Power Snatches + 1 Squat Snatch (moderate, touch and go)
Minutes 6-10 – 1 Squat Snatch (build to heavy)
