Power counter clean

3 rep x 2 set
2 rep x 3 set

High Pull clean from knee
3 rep x 3 set 70%
2 rep x 3 set 80%

 

HIIT April 10th 2021

A) Warm up

400m row

2 sets of:

8 Burpees

8 Box jumps

8 KB goblet squats

8 Plate ground to OH

 

B) 3 Intervals, each for time:

10 Plate Ground to OH (15/10kg)

10 Burpees Box jump oversĀ 

10 KB Goblet Squats (16/12kg)

*Rest 3 minutes between each set.
