A) Warm up

400m run

2 sets of:

10 kipping

10 knees to chest

8 burpees

8 alt. DB snacth

 

B) For time:

 

Buy in: 1250 m row or 1 k run

 

Immediately into 3 rounds of:

25 knees to elbows

15 Single DB box step ups

15 Alt. DB snatch (15/10kg)

15 Burpees

 

Rest 3 mins between rounds
