*For Time:

*Using 1 KB per team

400m Run together with 1 KB (16/12kg)

*Then 3 rounds of:

50 Russian KB swings

50 Burpees over KB

50 alt. KB Lunges

Then straight to: 400m Run together with 1 KB (16/12kg)

*Then 3 rounds of:

50 single arm KB push press

50 KB Squat cleans 

50 KB squats

*Run is to be done together

*Do not leave behind your partner 

*Reps are to be split 50/50 with your partner 

* Cap time: 40 Mins
