Saturday Partner Workout

*For Time:

*Using 1 KB per team

800m Run together with 1 KB (16/12kg)

*Then 3 rounds of:

50 KB swings

50 Burpees over KB

50 KB squats

Then straight to: 800m Run together with 1 KB (16/12kg)

*Then 3 rounds of:

50 single arm KB push press

50 KB Squat cleans

50 KB alt. Lunges

*Run is to be done together

*Do not leave behind your partnerĀ 

*Reps are to be split 50/50 with your partnerĀ 

* Cap time: 50 Mins
