80 Hand release push up (1 partner working while the other Deadlift hold 2 24/20kg KB)

*Split the reps and switch when needed.

80 KB Goblet squat (24/20kg) (1 partner working while the other hollow rock hold)

*Split the reps and switch when needed.

80 Box jump (1 partner working while the other hang hold on pull-up bar)

*Split the reps and switch when needed.

80 Burpees (1 partner working while the other wall sit hold)

*Split the reps and switch when needed.

80 Ground to Overhead (20/15kg) (1 partner working while the other hold a plate overhead 20/15kg)

*Split the reps and switch when needed.

400m Run together
