*switch every 200m run

*resting partner wall sit hold with med ball (7/5kg) in between tighs 

Station 2

2000m row

*switch every 250m row

*resting partner do AMRAP box jumps

Station 3

100 Cal ass bike

*switch every 10 cal

*resting partner AMRAP Farmer carry 2 KB(16/12kg)

Station 4 

400 Battle rope slams

*switch every 50 reps

*resting partner plank hold 

*Cap time: 45 mins
