20 GHD Sit-ups

50 Double Unders

20 m Handstand Walk (Practice)

5 L-sit Pull up

Rest 2 Minutes Between Sets.

 

Gymnastic Conditioning

AMRAP 10:

1 Handstand Push-up

2 Toes to Bar

2 Handstand Push-up

4 Toes to Bar

3 Handstand Push-up

6 Toes to Bar

Continue to add (1) rep to each movement until the cap is reached.
