50 Double-Unders, 10 Squat Snatches

50 Double-Unders, 8 Squat Snatches

50 Double-Unders, 6 Squat Snatches

50 Double-Unders, 4 Squat Snatches

50 Double-Unders, 2 Squat Snatches
