10 m Handstand Walk

10 m KB Overhead Walking Lunge (24/16)

10 m Handstand Walk

10 m Front Rack Walking Lunge (24/16)

 

*If You can’t do handstand walk, do 3 of wall walks instead

 

Rope Climb + Ring Dips

Not for time, 4 rounds of:

1 leg less rope climb

10 Ring Dips

 

*If You can’t do leg less rope climb, do a regular rope climb instead, the other alternative is sled pull
