Divide class into two groups (two agility ladder) and make them lining up to take the turn. Do each drills for 4 trips:
Two foot hops, lateral high knees run, single legs hops, in and out
Skill
Team (4 kids) Sled push and pull
Conditioning
3 rounds of:
7 sumo deadlifts
Bear crawl 10 m
7 squat jumps
backward lunge 10 m
Games (optional)
Rubber band passing through Divide into two groups, each group make a line
