Row 300 m x 3 as fast as possible

Rest 2 mins in between


2) Partner Circuit WOD
With a partner, For Time:
20m Partner Sled Push (50% of total team BW)
20m Partner Sled Drag (50% of total team BW)
20m Tire Flip
20m Double Barbell Farmer Carry (50% of total BW)
1 trip moving the sand bags with obsatcles


Rest as needed -Repeat the cycle 3 times-
