    Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
    10 Power Snatch, 40/25 kg
    10 HSPU

  • AMRAP 5 mins: Overhead Squats and KB Swing

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
    15 Overhead Squats, 40/25 kg
    15 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 mins of:
