Every 1 min until failure:
5 Thrusters, 40/25 kg
5 Burpees
5 Pull up
Continue completing 1 round every min until you fail to complete all the reps within that min. If you do not make it 20 minutes, then you will perform it AMRAP style until the 20 minute mark. Which means everyone is working at least 20 minutes. If you are able to go 20 minutes EMOM style, continue on until you are unable to get the required work done within the minute. If you are unable to do RX’d pull-ups, please do jumping pull-ups as a scale.
